CI Types
Configuration item types across the sources that Parascope can discover and track
Parascope discovers and tracks configuration items across more than 20 sources. Each CI type uses a source.type identifier (e.g., kubernetes.pod, aws.ec2_instance) as its single source of truth for display, routing, and color assignment.
The lists below cover the headline types per source. Some sources also persist fine-grained sub-resources (for example individual job runs or per-disk SMART health) as billing-free subordinate types attached to a parent CI; those are not enumerated here.

Jira
Parascope connects to Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM) to surface ITSM data alongside your infrastructure. Projects act as containers for the three operational record types: changes, incidents, and problems.
